Working at École Ducasse – Paris Studio has been an incredibly formative and stimulating experience. I joined the company as part of my bachelor’s degree, and this immersion in the world of high-end event management immediately sparked my passion, to the point that I renewed my contract for an additional two years. Today, I continue to grow within this environment of excellence.

From Concept to Creation: Orchestrating Every Detail
My role involves organizing and managing a variety of gastronomy-focused events from start to finish, as well as overseeing operations on the day of the event. Managing these projects autonomously allows me to put my theoretical knowledge into practice. From the initial client briefing to on-site coordination, I handle every step: defining the concept, selecting suppliers when needed, managing the budget, overseeing logistics, maintaining client relations, supervising the event on the day, handling invoicing, and ensuring client retention.
The events I manage take many forms, from hands-on culinary workshops followed by tastings, to team-building experiences, product launches, and fully tailor-made projects, all infused with the signature refinement and excellence of Chef Alain Ducasse.

This position has helped me develop a genuine project management mindset. I’ve gained confidence, learned to make decisions quickly, and strengthened my ability to take initiative.
