I participated in the 2024 edition of Heavent Paris as a front‑desk hostess and badge distribution assistant. My responsibilities included welcoming participants, exhibitors, and visitors, guiding them within the venue, and ensuring that badges and registration materials were distributed efficiently. I also provided general support to visitors, answering questions and helping them navigate the event space. This experience strengthened my interpersonal and organizational skills in a fast-paced, high-attendance environment. I learned the importance of clear communication, attentiveness to guests’ needs, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Working at Heavent Paris also highlighted the value of professionalism, adaptability, and maintaining a positive, helpful attitude in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
