From Observation to Action
During the 2025 edition, I represented École Ducasse – Paris Studio on the stand throughout the day. My mission was to promote the school’s programs and expertise to both individual visitors (B2C) and professional partners (B2B). I engaged with guests, presented the training opportunities, and contributed to the school’s visibility and reputation within a highly competitive environment.
This experience strengthened my communication and sales skills, particularly in adapting my approach to different audiences. I learned how to combine professionalism and enthusiasm when representing a prestigious brand, manage continuous interactions throughout the day, and convey key messages clearly and effectively. It also deepened my understanding of event promotion and the importance of brand image and client engagement in both B2C and B2B contexts.
